As I sifted through my Inbox this morning and I noticed an E-mail from Gamestop News stating; “Get New Tablets with free games…”. Wait, what? Curious I click through to the Buy Android Tablet Computer Page. As sure as the sunrises in the east, Gamestop is in the tablet retailing business. Pedaling tablets as gaming machines they have offerings from manufacturers such as Samsung, Asus and Acer. All the tablets will come preloaded with 6 free games. Also Gamestop is offering a bluetooth game controller for an additional $39. You can also any trade-in credits you may have towards the purchase of one of these Android powered tablets.
Gamestop is also offering trade-in credit for your iOS devices. You can trade in your iPhone, iPad or iPods at Gamestop for cash or credit. You will have to contact Gamestop to know how much they will give you for your iDevice.
Kind of crazy. I’m curious how much they are offering for iDevice trade-ins and how much they will be selling them back for.
Is anyone interested in selling their iPad for an Android tablet loaded with games?
